Decisión del Parlamento Europeo
de 11 de enero de 2005
por la que se nombra al Defensor del Pueblo Europeo
(2005/46/CE, Euratom)
EL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO,
Visto el Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea y, en particular, el segundo párrafo de su artículo 21 y su artículo 195,
Visto el Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea de la Energía Atómica y, en particular, su artículo 107 D,
Vista su Decisión de 9 de marzo de 1994 sobre el Estatuto del Defensor del Pueblo y sobre las condiciones generales para el ejercicio de sus funciones [1], modificada por su Decisión de 14 de marzo de 2002 [2],
Visto el artículo 194 de su Reglamento,
Vista la convocatoria de candidaturas [3],
Vista la votación realizada en la sesión del 11 de enero de 2005,
DECIDE:
Hecho en Estrasburgo, el 11 de enero de 2005.
