Corrigendum to Council Framework Decision 2003/577/JHA of 22 July 2003 on the execution in the European Union of orders freezing property or evidence

On page 46, in Article 2 "Definitions", in point c:

for:

"(c) "freezing order" property that could be subject to confiscation or evidence;",

read:

"(c) "freezing order" shall mean any measure taken by a competent judicial authority in the issuing State in order provisionally to prevent the destruction, transformation, moving, transfer or disposal of property that could be subject to confiscation or evidence;".
