Information concerning the date of entry into force of the Convention on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, signed in Lugano on 30 October 2007

The Convention on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters (1), signed in Lugano on 30 October 2007, entered into force between the European Union and Norway and Denmark on 1 January 2010 in accordance with Article 69(4) and (5) of the Convention.
