59. Declaration by the Kingdom of the Netherlands on Article 270a of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union The Kingdom of the Netherlands will agree to a decision as referred to in the second subparagraph of Article 270a(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union once a revision of the decision referred to in the third paragraph of Article 269 of that Treaty has provided the Netherlands with a satisfactory solution for its excessive negative net payment position vis-à-vis the Union budget. --------------------------------------------------
