1)	As cláusulas de paridade ampla e restrita constituem uma restrição acessória no contexto do artigo 101.o, n.o 1, TFUE?

No âmbito da aplicação do Regulamento (UE) n.o 330/2010 (1), como deve ser definido o mercado relevante nos casos em que as transações são mediadas através de uma plataforma de agência de viagens em linha [online travel agency platform, OTA)], na qual os estabelecimentos de alojamento podem oferecer quartos e entrar em contacto com viajantes, os quais podem reservar quartos através da plataforma?
