++++ RICHTLINIE DER KOMMISSION vom 30 . Januar 1979 zur zweiten Anpassung der Richtlinie 67/548/EWG des Rates zur Angleichung der Rechts - und Verwaltungsvorschriften für die Einstufung , Verpackung und Kennzeichnung gefährlicher Stoffe an den technischen Fortschritt ( 79/370/EWG ) DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN - gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft , gestützt auf die Richtlinie 67/548/EWG des Rates vom 27 . Juni 1967 zur Angleichung der Rechts - und Verwaltungsvorschriften für die Einstufung , Verpackung und Kennzeichnung gefährlicher Stoffe ( 1 ) , zuletzt geändert durch die Richtlinie 76/907/EWG der Kommission ( 2 ) , insbesondere auf die Artikel 8a , 8b und 8c , in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe : Die Anlage I der Richtlinie 67/548/EWG enthält eine Liste der gefährlichen Stoffe mit den Einzelheiten der Kennzeichnung für jeden Stoff ( Gefahrensymbol , Gefahrenhinweise und Sicherheitsratschläge ) . Bei Überprüfung der Liste der gefährlichen Stoffe hat sich die Notwendigkeit gezeigt , sie dem neuesten Stand von Wissenschaft und Techrik anzupassen , d . h . die Einstufung und Kennzeichnung bestimmter Stoffe zu ändern , neue Stoffe in die Liste aufzunehmen und zusätzliche Erläuterungen zu geben . Die Anlagen III und IV der Richtlinie 67/548/EWG enthalten die besonderen Gefahrenhinweise ( R-Sätze ) und Sicherheitsratschläge ( S-Sätze ) . Da bestimmte spezifische Gefahren jetzt besser bekannt sind und einige Sicherheitsratschläge genauer gefasst werden müssen , erscheint es angebracht , die Anlagen III und IV zu ändern . Die Bestimmungen dieser Richtlinie entsprechen der Stellungnahme des Ausschusses zur Anpassung der Richtlinien über die Beseitigung der technischen Handelshemmnisse bei gefährlichen Stoffen und Zubereitungen an den technischen Fortschritt - HAT FOLGENDE RICHTLINIE ERLASSEN : Artikel 1 Die Richtlinie 67/548/EWG wird wie folgt geändert : 1 . In die Vorbemerkungen der Anlage I wird nach Anmerkung C ( Nota C ) nachstehende Anmerkung D ( Nota D ) eingeführt : " Nota D Bestimmte Stoffe , die spontan polymerisieren oder sich zersetzen können , werden normalerweise in stabilisierter Form in den Verkehr gebracht . In dieser Form sind sie in der Anlage I dieser Richtlinie aufgeführt . Manchmal werden solche Stoffe auch in nicht stabilisierter Form in Verkehr gebracht . In diesem Falle hat der Hersteller oder jede andere Person , die einen solchen Stoff in den Verkehr bringt , auf dem Kennzeichnungsschild dem Namen des Stoffes die Bezeichnung " nicht stabilisiert " anzufügen . Beispiel : Methacrylsäure ( nicht stabilisiert ) " . 2 .
